As our Product Manager, you will develop and steer the global marketing strategy for the respective lines consistently with the overall brand strategic objectives and with the ethical and sustainable values of the Company.
The Product Manager is responsible for identifying market, professional and consumer opportunities, transforming them into innovative and commercially relevant product and service concepts, and managing the development, growth and activation plan of assigned lines.
The role connects professional and consumer needs, market trends, scientific innovation, brand strategy and commercial objectives to deliver products and campaigns that strengthen brand equity, drive business growth and create meaningful value for professional customers and consumers.
The Product Manager owns the product and service journey from ideation through to launch planning and ongoing portfolio management, ensuring that every product, service and campaign is distinctive, relevant, high-performing and aligned with the brand’s positioning.

The indicated salary range (€35.000– €42.000) represents the expected hiring range for this position, with consideration to the criteria indicated and requested. Actual compensation may vary depending on the experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
