Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a capable accountant to manage statutory and regulatory reporting across EMEA, with strong VAT and corporate tax knowledge and experience in a multinational environment.

This role supports payroll, statutory reconciliations and compliance, collaborating with auditors and business partners. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance and demonstrates accuracy, independence and the ability to deliver high-quality financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• Technically strong with financial reporting experience across UK and/or Europe.
• VAT and corporation tax knowledge and practical experience.
• Experience in a multinational company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory and other reporting obligations within EMEA.
• Manage and deliver all tax obligations, including VAT and corporation tax, coordinating with local advisors and auditors.
• Prepare and manage monthly reconciliations for accounts with tax and statutory focus.
• Support payroll preparation and review.
• Support company secretarial matters and local regulatory compliance.
• Lead on accounting standards and other reporting requirements.

TASKS

• Prepare and meet statutory and other non-financial reporting obligations within EMEA
• Manage and deliver all tax related obligations, including corporation tax, VAT & withholding tax, coordinating with local advisors, auditors and inspectors as required
• Prepare and manage the monthly reconciliations for all accounts of a tax and statutory related nature
• Support payroll preparation and review
• Support company secretarial matters and compliance of local laws and regulations
• Lead on accounting standards and other reporting requirements, including upcoming developments
• Support the development of standard processes & practices and identify opportunities to streamline and drive continuous improvement initiatives and document local processes and procedures
• Build strong, effective relationships with all key stakeholders
• Perform other job-related functions and special projects, as required

• Qualified accountant desirable
