Job summary

Generali Operations Service Platform S.r.l is seeking a Financial Controller to join the Infrastructure Operations finance team. You will analyze financial performance, run variance analyses, perform cost accounting, and support budgeting and forecasting for service categories and local customers.

We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Engineering, at least 2 years as a controller in production costing, strong data analysis and advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a controller in production and standard costing analysis.
• Strong data analysis experience with data validation and root-cause analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
• Professional Italian and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance with variance analysis and cost accounting reports for assigned service categories.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts and report production efficiency and cost data.
• Support department heads in managing budget and expenditures in the controlling tool.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and financial validation on projects or contracts.
• Create shopping carts and book invoices in the accounting system ensuring accuracy and compliance.
