Empresa Confidencial, based in Rome, is seeking a Financial Control Specialist to strengthen financial planning, performance monitoring, and reporting across a growing international business.

You will work with finance, accounting, and operations teams to enhance visibility, improve controls, and deliver reliable information supporting growth and decision-making. Fluency in English and strong Excel/ERP skills are essential.

Competenze

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial controlling, audit, or management reporting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial statements.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP or ERP systems.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Experience preparing management reports and presentations.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial controlling, audit, transaction services, or management reporting. Previous exposure to the renewable energy, infrastructure, construction, or industrial sectors is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is highly desirable).
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable business insights.
• Experience preparing management reports and presentations for decision-makers.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
