Michael Page International Italia S.r.l. cerca un professionista in Investment/Financing con esperienza in energia rinnovabile per valutare investimenti e gestire transazioni complesse.

Lavorerai a stretto contatto con team finanziari e tecnici per sviluppare modelli, analisi e report per Investment Committee e Board. La posizione richiede laurea in economia/finanza/ingegneria, fluente in inglese e italiano, disponibilità a viaggiare e una forte competenza analitica.

• Laurea 2:1 o Master's in Business, Finance o Engineering
• Background Renewable Energy
• Esperienza Economics o Business correlata
• Capacita` finanziaria e analitica
• Comunicazione scritta e orale chiara

• Conoscenza ciclo di investimento, energia rinnovabile e modellazione finanziaria
• Disponibilità a viaggiare ampiamente
• Fluente in inglese e italiano (spagnolo come vantaggio)

Mansioni

• Valutazione di investimenti e disinvestimenti, incluse analisi e modelli finanziari
• Supporto e creazione di analisi per transazioni live/pipeline
• Assistenza in due diligence finanziaria, legale e tecnica
• Redazione di Investment Committee e board papers
• Supervisione e monitoraggio degli investimenti esistenti
• Analisi concorrenza e studi di mercato
• Valutazioni semestrali dei portafogli fondi e revisione modelli
• Preparazione di materiali di comunicazione ai clienti
• Partecipazione a meeting con controparti esterne

Offerta

Duties and Responsibilities

Evaluation of potential investments and divestments, including:

• Development and management of financial models;
• Support & create analysis for live/pipeline transactions (operational and development projects);
• Assist in managing and reviewing due diligence, including the management of financial, legal, and technical advisors;
• Assist in the writing of Investment Committee and Board papers;
• Support in the supervision and monitoring of existing investments working closely with the finance and technical teams;
• Other analytical, research and modelling support for the team, including competitor analysis and market reviews;
• Semi-annual valuations of fund portfolios, along with review of fund valuation models;
• Preparation of client communication materials;
• Participation in meetings with external counterparts;
• Support and delivery of internal initiatives;
• Performance analysis of investments to comply with regular reporting obligations.

As a member of a small team of executives you will be expected to participate in all aspects of the business which may include from time to time: presenting to Partners or Board meetings; providing support in investment preparation; supporting investor communications or promotions; supporting financing, compliance and investment activities of the business.

Competenze ed esperienza

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• +3 year in Investment or Financing
• Obtained at least a 2:1 Bachelors 's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering
• Renewable Energy focused background
• Economics or Business related experience
• Financial & Analytical ability
• Clear & concise written & verbal communication
• Time management
• Organised
• Knowledge of Investment lifecycle, Renewable energy and Financial modelling
• Willing to travel extensively
• Fluent in English and Italian level, Spanish will be considered an advantage
