The internship emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and Excel-based analysis, with finance operations spanning reporting, budgeting, and control activities.

Competenze

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
• Fluent English and Italian; any other language is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Familiarity with Oracle or Tagetik is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Review subsidiaries' monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting for accuracy.
• Prepare monthly management reports with variance explanations against BDG and PY.
• Prepare bridge analyses on volumes, price, FX to highlight main drivers of sales and margin variances.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Collaborate with Accounting Manager on technical accounting matters and audit support.
• Credit risk monitoring.
• Support senior management in budgeting and forecast preparation.
• Review and prepare general ledger reconciliations for accuracy.

PRIMARY SCOPE AND GOALS

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Financial Analyst to join our team. This internship offers the opportunity to identify trends that impact the business and gather financial information necessary to support the implementation of strategic initiatives.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Review subsidiaries monthly, quarterly and annually financial reporting for accuracy and clarity.
• Prepare monthly management reports with variance explanation of month variances vs BDG and PY.
• Prepare bridge analysis on volumes, price, FX, to highlight the main drivers of the Sales and Margin variances.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Work with Accounting Manager on technical accounting matters and audit support
• Credit Risk Monitoring
• Support the senior management in the preparation of the budget and the forecast.
• Review/prepare general ledger reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.
• Comply with internal audit requests for information.
• Implementation and usage of corporate reporting tools.
• Prepare detailed analysis on the inventory and the account receivable outstanding.
• Support the Group Controller in the monthly check that the Internal Control System for all legal entities within the Group is correctly applied.
