Satispay is seeking a Project Manager/Finance Transformation professional to bridge Product, Business and Finance. You will lead end-to-end transformation projects around tax compliance, billing engines, and front-end finance management, enabling scalable infra and readiness for launches.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Tax and Core Accounting to scope and deliver, drive automation and ensure finance readiness for new products across Europe.

Competenze

• 5+ years in Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Consultant roles focused on Finance Transformation.
• Solid understanding of financial product flows, billing/invoicing, and VAT logic for digital products/payments.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Independent, cross-functional project leadership with tight deadlines.
• Experience with APIs, data structures, and ERP integrations (SAP S/4HANA a plus).

Mansioni

• Act as the primary Finance stakeholder in product development cycles to define billing, tax, and accounting requirements from concept to launch
• Lead fiscal, VAT, and regulatory compliance across European jurisdictions for new products
• Supervise and optimize billing engine flows for B2B and B2C, ensuring compliant invoicing
• Own and improve financial front-end processes, ensuring data reconciliation with back-office systems
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Tax, and Core Accounting to scope projects and mitigate risks
• Identify opportunities to automate manual financial workflows triggered by product launches
• Manage welfare-related processes and serve as point of contact for related initiatives
