Limehome GmbH is seeking a driven payments leader to own the billing and payments function across multiple European markets. You will collaborate with Engineering, Accounting, and Customer Service to ensure seamless payment flows and accurate invoicing in a fast-growing hospitality platform.

Lead end-to-end payment experiences, resolve discrepancies, and drive scalable process improvements using SQL and product analytics. Hybrid work model in Milan supported.

Competenze

• EU billing and invoicing experience in hospitality.
• Agile project management with impact-based prioritization.
• Proven stakeholder management across departments (Accounting, CS, Engineering).
• SQL, scripting, and basic statistics to derive insights.
• Autonomy and ownership in a flat organizational structure.

Mansioni

• Own the payment experience end-to-end across guest checkout to post-stay charges.
• Manage full billing cycle for room revenue recognition across countries.
• Act as internal expert on Adyen and Apaleo payment flows; close gaps.
• Coordinate triage with Customer Service to unblock edge cases.
• Ensure invoicing compliance with VAT and local regulations.
• Turn recurring fixes into scalable, data-driven roadmaps.
