Job summary

Nebuly is seeking a Finance & Revenue Operations professional to own monthly financial reporting and the ARR bridge. You’ll consolidate Italian and US entities, prepare investor reports, and support audits while also owning HubSpot data hygiene and revenue reporting.

This role blends rigorous accounting with GTM enablement in a fast-growing startup environment. Based in Turin, you’ll work directly with the CFO, enjoying equity and rapid ownership as the company scales towards Series A.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in FP&A, accounting, or financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Hands-on with Excel for building models from scratch.
• Experience consolidating two entities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly management accounts and validate inputs.
• Consolidate financials across Italian SRL and US Inc.
• Build and maintain the monthly ARR bridge.
• Prepare the monthly investor report and support audits.
• Assist with annual report process and budgeting.
• Own HubSpot setup, data hygiene, and reporting.
• Develop pipeline and revenue reporting for GTM.
• Support process design and tooling across geographies.
