Richemont seeks a Finance Retail Trainee in Milan to support Retail Accounting Specialists, ensuring administrative and fiscal support for Boutique staff and coordinating monthly/year-end fiscal stocks. You will use SAP for finance in new retail projects.

The role entails reconciling accounts, supporting fiscal controls over exports, and managing store payments. This is a 6-month internship with a 900 EUR monthly reimbursement and meal vouchers.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Management or similar.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Provide support to Retail Accounting Specialists and administrative/fiscal support to Boutique staff.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end fiscal stocks across Boutiques.
• Reconcile retail and credit card accounts using SAP and credit card tools.
• Assist in fiscal controls over export sales by retail flow and conduct recurring sales controls.
• Manage boutique payment transactions and bank transfers in SAP.
• Perform stock controls, coordinate inventory and analyze discrepancies.
• Oversee and address "red-light" issues and ensure monthly recording for Controlling Team.
• Act as Finance SAP user for new retail projects and contribute to the Retail Finance Italy Community.
• Analyze monthly reports per the Group ICS.

Your Mission

The Finance Retail Trainee will support all Retail Accounting Specialists, guaranteeing administrative and fiscal support to the Boutique's staff and coordinating the execution of the monthly and year-end fiscal stocks of all the Group's Boutiques. The successful candidate will be personally involved as SAP user finance in new retail projects.

The Finance Retail Trainee will support all Retail Accounting Specialists, guaranteeing administrative and fiscal support to the Boutique's staff and coordinating the execution of the monthly and year-end fiscal stocks of all the Group's Boutiques. The successful candidate will be personally involved as SAP user finance in new retail projects.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Provide support to the Richemont retail network, collaborating on day-to-day operations and departmental efficiency and digitalization projects.


• Reconcile retail and credit card accounts, ensuring accurate retail postings and recording credit card receipts using SAP and the credit card tool.


• Participate in annually controls over boutique stock


• Support the Retail Finance team in performing fiscal controls over export sales performed by the retail flow


• Conduct recurring controls over retail sales performed through boutique sites


• Manage boutique payment transactions, with a focus on bank transfers processed through the SAP system.


• Conduct stock controls within boutiques, coordinate inventory processes, and analyze discrepancies.


• Oversee and manage \"red-light\" issues generated in boutiques, ensuring comprehensive monthly recording for the Richemont Controlling Team.


• Act as a Finance SAP user for new retail projects and contribute to the development of the \"Retail Finance Italy Community\" to facilitate continuous and real-time boutique updates.


• Analyze monthly reports as required by the Group's Internal Control System (ICS).

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Management and similar


• Excellent communication skills, including fluent Italian and English
