Experteer Italy seeks a Senior Specialist / Project Manager Finance for its Italian entity in Mercallo (VA). You will own day-to-day accounting, ensure Italian GAAP compliance, align local reporting with the US parent, and oversee governance and tax-related activities in a multinational setting.

You will manage statutory tasks, prepare financial statements, coordinate audits, and support group reporting with strong ERP/SAP and Excel skills. On-site, 1-year fixed-term."

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience at the finance or accounting manager level
• At least five years of total relevant accounting experience
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Autonomy and resilience; capable of meeting tight deadlines
• SAP or other ERP proficiency; strong MS Office (Excel) skills
• US GAAP training provided by the group; not required to be proficient initially

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day accounting and review accruals; supervise financial records
• Prepare annual financial statements under Italian GAAP
• Deliver monthly/quarterly financial inputs to the US parent and adapt data for group requirements
• Coordinate tax return compliance, VAT, and F24 reviews with outsourced provider
• Coordinate external audits and maintain archival records for long-term compliance
• Coordinate cash flow, weekly forecasts, intercompany cost rebills, and reconciliations; provide projections for group projects

Specialista Senior / Project Manager

As Finance Manager for the Italian legal entity at Mercallo, you own day-to-day accounting, statutory and regulatory tasks, ensuring compliance during transitional phases. You will align local reporting with the US parent and oversee governance and corporate tax/tax-related activities. This role offers exposure to complex cross-border restructuring and governance, reporting to Luxembourg finance leadership, in an international environment.

• Lead day-to-day accounting, review accruals, and supervise financial records; prepare annual financial statements under Italian GAAP
