Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a Finance Manager for its Italian legal entity at Mercallo to own day-to-day accounting, statutory, and regulatory tasks, ensuring local compliance and robust governance.

Reporting to Luxembourg-based finance leadership, the role offers opportunities for complex corporate compliance, VAT submissions, audits, and intercompany reconciliations; requires Italian and English fluency, SAP/ERP proficiency, and on-site work.

Competenze

3–5 years of experience at the finance/accounting manager level.
Strong knowledge of Italian GAAP statutory regulations and local tax compliance.
Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory; CV in English.
On-site work at Mercallo (VA) under a 1-year fixed-term structure.
Proficiency with SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Mansioni

Manage end-to-end statutory, regulatory, and fiscal lifecycle obligations for the Italian entity.
Lead day-to-day accounting, review accruals, and prepare annual financial statements under Italian GAAP.
Deliver monthly/quarterly reporting inputs to US parent; align local data to group requirements.
Coordinate annual tax returns, VAT and other statutory submissions; review monthly F24 forms.
Coordinate external audits and archive records to support long-term compliance.
