American Express Italy is offering a six-month internship in Finance focused on budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision support. You will work with Controllership to close monthly books, analyze loyalty KPIs, and prepare dashboards for cross-functional teams in a hybrid setting.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Finance/Analytics degree, with strong Excel skills, English proficiency, and an interest in applying AI tools to improve processes and reporting.

Competenze

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with business orientation.
• Interest in loyalty programs and value creation models.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn.
• Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivots, lookups, VBA).
• Basic knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot).
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1+).

Mansioni

• Support budgeting and forecasting activities for Finance Team.
• Collaborate with Controllership during monthly close and data reconciliation.
• Assist monthly reporting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends in customer behavior and engagement.
• Prepare presentations and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects to improve processes and efficiency.
• Suggest AI-driven improvements to current processes.
