Sisal Italy is seeking an Affiliate Analyst Trainee to support analytical activities within the Analysis Affiliation team. You will analyze partner performance, evaluate profitability, and produce actionable insights across multiple data sources.

The role requires a degree in a quantitative field, fluency in Italian and English, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. This internship offers monthly reimbursement and opportunities for professional development.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field is required or preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with proactive problem solving.

Mansioni

• Analyze affiliate partner performance through quantitative and qualitative KPIs.
• Evaluate affiliate profitability considering costs, incentives, and margins.
• Produce ad-hoc analyses to identify and report anomalies or performance drops.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Integrate data from affiliate platforms, analytics tools, and internal databases.
• Define requirements for customized dashboards in Qlik.
• Prepare slides, presentations, and summary reports.
