SteelcoBelimed is seeking an Industrial Controller to join the Controlling team within the Production plants. You will drive the standard costing, reporting, and ERP migration efforts, leveraging SAP S/4HANA and business partnering with Operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in industrial controlling, strong Excel and English skills, and experience in ERP migrations; MS Power BI is a plus. Based in Italy's Treviso region, it offers a challenging, international environment.

Compensation

Your Role

The candidate will be part of the Controlling team and will act as a key reference point within the Finance team of SteelcoBelimed, taking on the role of Industrial Controller for the production plants. To support the enhancement of industrial controlling and the implementation of a structured model based on standards, processes, and a new ERP system, the ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong business partnering mindset and in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Define and implement the controlling model, processes, and reporting (financial and operational) for the production plants.
• Calculate, update, and analyse product standard costs.
• Support the migration from the current ERP system to SAP S/4HANA.
• Develop and ensure periodic reporting of industrial KPIs.
• Act as a business partner to the plant Operations team and lead monthly reviews with Business Unit management.
• Analyse and optimize inventory levels, coordinating production planning and capacity utilization.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities (e.g., inventory checks).
• Proactively collaborate with controllers across the SteelcoBelimed Group and the Miele Group to standardize processes and leverage synergies.

Your Profile

• Solid knowledge of industrial and management accounting, including product costing.
• Experience working with SAP systems.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly advanced Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience in implementing or developing industrial controlling models and processes is a plus.
• Experience in ERP implementation/migration projects and knowledge of MS Power BI is a plus.
• Knowledge of AS/400 is considered a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and prioritization skills.

Required Experience

At least 3-5 years of prior experience in controlling, preferably within structured industrial environments.

Required Education

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
