DHL eCommerce Italy is seeking a Finance Coordinator to support the cross-border solutions team in Peschiera Borromeo. The role covers AR and AP management, VAT declarations, and month-end closing tasks within an international logistics environment.

You will work with SAP, Excel, and Office tools, report to the Finance team, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring accuracy and timely financial data. Italian fluency and English are required; German is a plus.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in an international environment.
Strong SAP knowledge in AP/AR and VAT declarations.

Mansioni

Accounts Receivable management, including credit limits, payments, dunning, and reporting.
Accounts Payable management, including posting, reconciliation, and vendor data.
Month-End Closing support, including HR KPI preparation and reporting package components.
VAT Declarations, monthly VAT-Liability calculation, VAT-Register, and Intrastat-Declaration submission.
Continuous Improvement: drive finance process improvements and manage small finance projects.
