Bulgari in Italy seeks a senior finance business partner to connect financial results with commercial and operational dynamics. You will lead planning, performance analysis and executive reporting to turn data into actionable insights for top management.

Collaborating with regional managers and senior leaders, you will drive budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis, ensuring robust financial planning and clear communication of risks and opportunities.

Competenze

Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
5-7 years in controlling, FP&A, performance management or commercial finance.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, monthly closing and P&L analysis.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge a plus.
Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Mansioni

Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, revisions and three-year plan projections.
Coordinate collection, validation and consolidation of financial inputs with stakeholders.
Analyze business performance across P&L components and margins.
Prepare monthly performance reporting and explain deviations vs Budget/Forecast/Yr.
Develop forward-looking analyses and scenarios to anticipate developments and risks.
Identify trends, gaps and value creation opportunities; translate insights into actions.
Act as finance partner to regional managers and executives; support reviews and decisions.
Prepare executive reports and presentations with clear messages and recommendations.
Present performance analysis to senior management and EC members.
