Bulgari Spa in Italy seeks an experienced finance professional to drive disciplined performance management through accurate analysis, reporting, and structured planning. You will work with financial and operational data to explain performance, support controlling processes and provide stakeholders with clear information.

The role focuses on budgeting, monthly closing, variance analysis, and developing Power BI dashboards for accessible performance insights.

Competenze

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in controlling, business analysis, financial reporting, accounting or FP&A.
• Good knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, monthly closing, variance analysis, management reporting and P&L principles.
• Strong knowledge of financial drivers affecting sales, margins, and profitability.
• Power BI dashboard development, data modelling and data visualization.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP/planning tools is a plus.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Support annual budgets, forecasts, revisions and three-year plan projections.
• Validate financial and operational data for planning and reporting.
• Monitor performance across sales, margins, expenditure, investments and profitability.
• Prepare monthly management reporting and analyze deviations from Budget/Forecast/Previous Year.
• Develop, update and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Extract and analyze data from multiple sources ensuring traceability.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc analyses for finance and stakeholders.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and reconciliations.
• Create concise management presentations with clear messages.
