Interroll Group cerca tecnici field service basati in Italia per supportare installazione, messa in servizio e manutenzione dei nostri sistemi intralogistici. Il ruolo prevede spostamenti presso i siti dei clienti in Italia ed in Europa, con lavori di supporto al Helpdesk locale e disponibilità in reperibilità.

Il candidato ideale ha formazione professionale in meccatronica/elettronica e preferibile esperienza in field service; l'inglese fluente è obbligatorio.

Mansioni

• Supporto tecnico ai clienti su sistemi intralogistici durante installazione, messa in servizio e manutenzione.
• Installazione, messa in servizio, formazione operatore e riparazioni presso i siti in Italia ed in paesi EMEA.
• Coordinamento con la Helpdesk clienti e attività di reperibilità (on-call).
• Coordinazione con partner esterni e potenziale supervisione di installazioni maggiori.

We are currently looking for Field Service Technicians based in Italy to support the installation, commissioning, and servicing of our intralogistics systems. This role is ideal for hands-on technicians who enjoy working directly with customers and equipment, and who are comfortable traveling to project sites.

The focus is on supporting customers in Italy, especially with regard to services (e.g.maintenance and repairs) as well as new installations. In addition, the area of responsibility will include working in the local Customer Helpdesk (phone support for customers) and taking on on-call duties. Interface and cooperation with the Sales and Service Team in Italy as well as close collaboration with the central service team from Germany.

Main tasks & key responsibilities

• Technical support of customers on their intralogistics systems such as conveyor belts, sorting systems, pallets and conveyor systems on site at our customers in Italy and throughout Europe. xysqume
• Installation, commissioning, operator training as well as maintenance and repair of plants and systems on site in Italy and other EMEA countries and remotely
• Collaboration within the Customer Helpdesk function as well as on-call duty (depending on local requirements)
• Coordination and guidance of external companies (local service partners and providers), with potential further development to supervisor of larger installations

Background:

• Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, electronics technician or an equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in the field of field service assembly/service is an advantage
• Please note that fluent English is mandatory for this role.
