Kardex Remstar is seeking an enthusiastic Maintenance Technician to strengthen our Life Cycle Services team in Italy. Your service area will cover the greater Bologna region, with travel to Lombardy as needed.

Responsibilities include maintenance, diagnostics, and installation of Kardex systems at customer sites, plus remote diagnostics and on-call support. Willingness to work outside standard hours and travel is required.

Formación

• Diploma or comparable experience in electrotechnical/electronics/mechanical fields.
• Willing to travel within Lombardy and surroundings.
• Willingness for on-call service and after-hours work when urgent.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance and technical support on installed equipment and systems.
• Diagnose issues, decide on modernization or replacement needs, and resolve malfunctions.
• Install, configure, calibrate, and repair technical products and systems at customer sites.
• Carry out remote diagnostics and periodic breakdown services.

For our Life Cycle Services department, we are looking for an enthusiastic new colleague to strengthen our driven Italian team! Your Service area will be greater Bologna.

Your tasks

• Various maintenance and technical support activities for installed equipment and systems.
• You determine when products need to be modernized or replaced, solve problems and contribute to resolving malfunctions.
• Installing, configuring, calibrating and repairing technical products and systems at the customer's locations.
• Carry out diagnoses remotely.
• Periodic breakdown services.

Your profile

• Electrotechnical/ Electronics/ Mechanical diploma or comparable experience gained.
• Familiar with diagnostic methods; Technical / Mechanical / Electronic background.
• Are prepared to work outside office hours (weekends or evenings), contingent on the urgence of the issue at hand.
• Are prepared to be periodically available for on-call service.
• Are prepared to travel in the area of Lombardy.
• Have a driving license B.
