PROGRESS GROUP develops and produces tailor-made complete solutions for the precast concrete industry, with six decades of experience and global leadership. The mechanical engineering sector designs innovative machinery for rebar processing, offering on-site installation and ongoing customer support.

You will plan and coordinate maintenance, repair and training assignments at customer sites, build and expand our network of external service technicians, and collaborate with hotline, spare parts

Competenze

• Completed training in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Good knowledge of German and English.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Mansioni

• Plan and coordinate maintenance, repair and training assignments carried out by service technicians directly at customer sites.
• Build, maintain and further develop our network of external service technicians.
• Work closely with hotline, spare parts and production teams to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of field service operations.
• Identify quality-related issues and ensure they are communicated to the relevant departments for follow‑up.
