Sealed Air Corporation in Lombardia, Rho, is seeking a Service Engineer to maintain, install, and upgrade our packaging equipment. You will support post-sales activities, resolve technical issues, and promote Smart Services and spare parts to customers.

You will collaborate with Systems & Integration and Application Engineers, lead service projects, analyze equipment performance data, and ensure safety standards.

Competenze

• Proven experience in field technical service.
• High and low voltage certification.
• Strong ability to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams.
• Knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens and Allen Bradley).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of kinematics, mechanical/electrical drives, and industrial equipment manufacturing.
• Knowledge of vacuum processes and material thermal/physical properties is a plus.

• Maintain, install, and upgrade our fleet of packaging equipment for optimal performance.
• Resolve technical issues and breakdowns in the post-sales phase; promote Smart Services and Spare Parts.
• Collaborate with Systems & Integration and Application Engineers for field insights and project communication.
• Lead or contribute to service projects and analyze equipment performance data.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety and operational standards.
• Record service activities in the CRM platform for accurate tracking and reporting.
