Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Field Service Engineer to support Advanced Staining instruments in the Roma/Lazio region. The role focuses on installation, maintenance, and repairs with strict adherence to ISO/FDA guidelines and company procedures.

You will travel as needed, communicate with customers, and assist with service contracts and system upgrades, contributing to revenue opportunities while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Technical High School Diploma (Mechanic, Electric, Electronic...).
• 3+ years as a Field Service Engineer in the biomedical industry.
• Good English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide installation, maintenance, modification and repair on Advanced Staining instruments.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues within set timeframes.
• Complete service administration in line with ISO, FDA and company policies.
• Support service contract sales and assist with system configurations and upgrades.
