Veralto is hiring a Field Service Engineer to install and maintain Videojet equipment at customer sites across North Italy, with intensive customer interaction and on-site training. You will work with account managers and the internal support team to ensure issues are resolved promptly and customer expectations are met.

D underwriting training, you will build strong customer relationships, grow the contracted base, and travel as needed.

Competenze

• Solid technical foundation in electronics and mechanics with basic software awareness.
• 1–3 years in field service, OEM, or hands-on technical service.
• Strong customer orientation and willingness to travel across North Italy.

Mansioni

• Install Videojet equipment at customer sites and train customers.
• Provide ongoing care and support for contract customers and growing installed base.
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver best-fit solutions and support projects.
