A leading machinery manufacturer in Salerno seeks an Aftermarket Service Engineer to ensure optimal operation of equipment at customer sites. Responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction, overseeing installations, and troubleshooting equipment issues. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree and over 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in foundry or power plant settings. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for managing projects efficiently.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance and service, preferably in foundry or power plant environments.
• Ability to read engineered drawings is required.
• Technical skills to read technical drawings and modify as necessary.

Mansioni

• Ensure customer satisfaction with proactive visits and communication.
• Review and recommend maintenance for customer equipment.
• Oversee new equipment installations on-site.
• Document customer issues and provide service recommendations.
• Assist in promoting aftermarket services and spare parts.
• Maintain a proper service schedule.
