LVMH Group is seeking a capable ESG and risk audit specialist to join the Purchasing, RM Quality Control & Sustainability office at the Bagno a Ripoli production site. You will lead continuous production control and audit activities to safeguard compliance and protect the company’s reputation.

The role requires a degree in Engineering, 4–5 years’ experience in ESG risk management, strong MS Office skills (Power BI a plus), and excellent English communication.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Solid understanding of Ext.Production ESG compliance risks is preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities are essential.

Mansioni

• Lead and support ESG risk management and audit activities across supplier/manufacturer sites.
• Coordinate ESG audit plans and report findings to stakeholders and top management.
• Improve ESG practices and supply chain maturity in line with company standards.
• Conduct on-field checks of production orders and monitor compliance.
• Collaborate with sister brands to share best practices and drive synergies.
• Engage external audit firms to enhance audit quality and methodology.
