Qualifications

• PhD in Electronics, Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, or related field, or MSc with 3+ years' experience.
• BSc with 5+ years' experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide process support at customer sites, installation, and optimization of Lam equipment.
• Perform DOE evaluations to characterize process windows for new installations or modifications.
• Design and conduct experiments, collect data, analyze results, and generate reports.
• Develop new processes for small variants to existing customer applications.
• Manage projects including planning, defining problems and objectives, and providing recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to understand needs, roadmaps, and challenges.
• Represent Lam to customers and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Present technical and marketing materials to keep customers informed about products and services.
• Provide technical instruction and mentoring for junior engineers.
