Vertiv Co is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to cover the EMEA region, providing remote and on-site technical support to Field Engineers and Partners during product introductions.

The role requires 5+ years of experience with industrial chillers and air conditioners, solid mechanical, thermodynamics and control/software knowledge, and ability to create technical reports and documentation for continuous product improvement.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience with industrial chillers and air conditioners.
• Well balanced mix of mechanical, thermodynamic and control/software knowledge.
• Service, R&D, Laboratory or testing/commissioning experience preferable.
• Experience in the use of measuring/testing tools.
• Confidence with use of software tools such as Word, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support to Field Engineers remotely and on-site.
• Analyze warranty cases and justify acceptance/refusal.
• Prepare and distribute service technical documentation.
• Support new products during market introduction and feedback for product improvement.
• Produce technical literature and participate in trainings and forums.
