Vogelsang USA, LTD is seeking a technically proficient Controls Panel Technician to commission, troubleshoot, and repair electrical control panels and automation systems at customer sites. This role requires up to 50% travel to start up equipment, perform field service, and ensure systems operate to NEC and UL standards, with hands-on work on PLCs, VFDs, wiring, and automation controls.

Competenze

3–5 years of electrical controls experience.
Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent.
Strong background in electrical controls and automation.
Familiarity with NEC and UL standards and certifications.
Proficiency with PLCs, VFDs, and basic hand tools.
Knowledge of pump systems preferred.

Mansioni

Build & test electrical control panels to NEC and UL standards.
Travel to customer sites to perform startups, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Work hands-on with electrical systems including wiring, PLCs, VFDs, and automation controls.
Conduct service calls onsite and via phone to support customers.
Perform inspections, testing, and repairs to meet safety standards.
Document service activities and communicate with customers and internal teams.
