IMA Group is seeking a PLC Software Designer - On Field to design, develop, and test software for automation machines across global sites. The role involves significant field work, on-site commissioning, and collaboration with hardware and mechanical teams.

You will contribute to FAT testing with customers, diagnose post-installation issues, and travel nationally and internationally up to ~100 days per year. A degree in automation or related field is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's in Automation, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to travel ~100 days per year nationally and internationally.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and test PLC software for automatic machines.
• Create software for functions, modules, and machines per specs.
• Prepare project and testing specifications with hardware and mechanical teams.
• Support production during start-up and FAT with customers.
• Diagnose and resolve post-installation issues.
