Sangfor Technologies Italy is offering a Field Applications Engineer internship for graduates and final year students in engineering, cyber security, computer science or information systems. You will provide on-site and remote support, install devices, train partners and customers, and escalate issues to RND. Mentorship is provided throughout the tenure.

This internship also opens the door to a PPO and a path to join our dynamic international team across Italy and beyond.

Competenze

• Fresh graduates or final year students in engineering, cyber security, computer science, information systems or related field.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude.
• Italian language at C1+ and English at B2+ required for communication with local and international clients.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to resolve customer issues in POC or after-sales inquiries.
• Track, maintain and resolve incidents; provide reports to customers.
• Install and integrate devices into customer environments.
• Deliver technical training for Partners and/or customers.
• Escalate issues to RND to resolve product problems.
• Create technical documentation for projects and internal knowledge base.
• Engage in domestic and international projects.
