This role involves becoming a subject matter expert on Markforged products, leading field implementations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s in Engineering and have experience in customer support, especially in industrial solutions. The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a willingness to travel up to 60%. The salary range is €40,199.90 - €47,294 annually with additional benefits.
