Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Federal Installation Support Service Technician to join a data center support team on a multi-year federal contract in Manassas, VA. This role requires US Citizenship, TS/SCI clearance, and Full Scope Poly.

Onsite daily work is required with occasional evenings or weekend shifts. Responsibilities include lifecycle and incident management of data center infrastructure across hardware and software platforms to meet SLAs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

This position will be part of a data center support team providing a range of services on a multi-year federal contract. Areas of responsibility will include lifecycle and incident management of data center infrastructure and various hardware and software platforms and tools. The team will deliver according to Service Level Agreements and ensure customer satisfaction.

US Citizenship required

Clearance: TS/SCI and Full Scope Poly required

Location: Manassas, VA

Onsite Daily work required. Flexible to work evenings or weekends as needed.
