Zusammenfassung

OHB Italia is seeking a FDIR System Engineer to define the fault detection, isolation and recovery strategies for satellites across the project lifecycle. You will interact with the Lead system engineer and disciplines such as OBSW, Avionics, AOCS/GNC, Propulsion, Power and Thermal.

The successful candidate has deep knowledge of missions, space systems, subsystems and equipment, with fluent English and an autonomous, responsible work style. Genoa-based position in Liguria, IT.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of satellite systems engineering and operations.
• Experience across satellite engineering domains and project lifecycle.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Structured, autonomous, and highly responsible work approach.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• University degree plus relevant proven industry experience.

Aufgaben

• FDIR concept, design, consolidation and fine tuning.
• Contribute to system, satellite, avionic and SW architectures.
• Contribute to Software specification.
• Contribute to User Manuals.
• Identify and analyze spacecraft operational constraints.
• Contribute to verification process and campaign.
• Participate in project technical and progress meetings.
• Participate in system and equipment reviews.
• Support to in orbit operations (LEOP, commissioning).
