Senior Satellite System Engineer at OHB Italia leads and drives satellite activities across the lifecycle, from design to in-orbit operations. You will work within the Satellite and Missions Department to advance Earth observation projects for commercial and institutional customers. You will propose disruptive approaches to cut costs and delivery times, leveraging broad space systems knowledge to foster innovation in OHB Italia’s small satellite offering. This role blends technical leadership with customer interfaces and cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead the development and qualification of small satellites
• Define satellite requirements for optical and radar Earth-observation missions
• Perform satellite functional analysis and design trade-offs
• Manage satellite internal and external interfaces
• Detailed planning of activities
• Support satellite verification and AIT activities
