K-Way is seeking a 3PL Manager to oversee third‑party logistics, ensuring efficient warehousing, picking, packing, and shipping to support B2B, retail and e‑commerce channels.

The role requires 5–8+ years in logistics, strong WMS/TMS and EDI knowledge, and excellent Excel/BI skills, with travel willingness and English fluency. Opportunities for growth and continuous improvement exist within a dynamic multi-market setting.

Competenze

• 5-8+ years experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL operator management.
• Direct experience managing tenders or RFPs for logistics services.
• Knowledge of WMS/TMS systems and EDI flows.
• Strong analytical skills (advanced Excel; familiarity with BI tools a plus).
• Negotiation skills and experience managing strategic supplier relationships.
• Fluent in English; a second language (French/German) preferred.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience in private equity / value creation contexts, with reporting oriented toward board and financial stakeholders.
• Knowledge of connected retail / marketplace distribution models (e.g. Zalando Partner Program).

Mansioni

• Manage the day‑to‑day operational relationship with 3PL providers, monitoring service KPIs (order accuracy, fulfillment lead times, return rates, cost per unit).
• Lead periodic performance reviews (business reviews) with 3PLs, driving continuous improvement plans.
• Coordinate IT/WMS integration between company systems and 3PL systems (EDI, APIs, inventory tracking).
• Manage the distribution operating budget and identify cost optimization opportunities (TCO).
• Ensure 3PL compliance with quality, safety, and ESG requirements.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Sourcing, and Customer Service teams to ensure continuity of physical and documentary goods flows.
• Manage the operational onboarding of new markets or channels (e. g. wholesale, marketplace, connected retail) onto the distribution network.
• Prepare management reporting on distribution network performance, risks, and costs.
