BasicNet is seeking a 3PL Manager to oversee third-party logistics relationships, ensuring warehousing, picking, packing and shipping run efficiently to support our B2B, retail and e-commerce channels.

The role requires 5-8+ years in logistics or 3PL management, experience with tenders/RFPs, WMS/TMS and EDI flows, strong Excel and analytical skills, and fluent English. Travel is often required in a multi-market operation.

Competenze

• 5-8+ years in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL operator management.
• Experience managing tenders or RFPs for logistics services.
• Knowledge of WMS/TMS systems and EDI flows.
• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel; BI tools a plus.
• Negotiation skills and experience managing strategic supplier relationships.
• Fluent in English; a second language (French/German) preferred.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience in private equity/value creation contexts with reporting to board and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of connected retail/marketplace distribution models (e.g. Zalando Partner Program).
