K-Way is seeking a Head of Logistics to oversee end-to-end supply chain for its brand, coordinating inbound and outbound flows across Wholesale, Retail, and E-commerce. The role reports to the Head of Operations and focuses on improving efficiency, cost, service levels, and sustainability.

Qualifications include 10+ years in logistics with leadership experience in fashion/consumer goods, 3PL management, and strong WMS/TMS proficiency.

Competenze

• 10+ years of logistics/supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven background in the fashion, apparel, or consumer goods industry.
• Experience managing 3PL relationships and multi-channel distribution networks.
• Track record of leading logistics transformation or network optimization projects.
• Deep knowledge of inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse management, and transport operations.
• Use to operate in a mid-migration systems environment.
• Proficiency with WMS and TMS.
• Strong analytical mindset; ability to build and manage logistics KPI dashboards.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Define and oversee inbound flows from suppliers (domestic and international), ensuring timely receipt, quality checks, and accurate inventory updates.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Q&C teams to align delivery schedules and manage exceptions.
• Monitor lead times, carrier performance, and customs compliance.
• Ensure full trade compliance across all import flows: HS code classification, country-of-origin, and Importer of Record responsibilities—leveraging FTAs where applicable and managing relationships with customs brokers and authorities.
• Manage outbound order fulfilment across all channels: Wholesale (B2B), Retail (store replenishment), and E-commerce (D2C / marketplace).
• Define service level agreements (SLAs) per channel and monitor KPIs (on-time delivery, order accuracy, fill rate).
• Optimize picking, packing, and dispatch processes to meet seasonal peaks and campaign launches.
