Job description

Come Senior Associate, Facility Services, garantisci un ambiente fisico sicuro e funzionale che supporta le operazioni organizzative. Collabori con i responsabili degli impianti per implementare strategie di gestione integrate, concentrandosi su elettrificazione, sicurezza, protezione e conformità. Ottimizzi i costi e i livelli di servizio, implementi politiche di gestione delle strutture e guidi progetti di miglioramento continuo. Inoltre, sostenete iniziative di sostenibilità, tra cui la gestione dell'energia, la riduzione dei rifiuti e l'integrazione delle infrastrutture per veicoli elettrici. Come contributore individuale specializzato nei servizi strutturali, ti concentri sull'esecuzione di strategie operative e funzionali. La maggior parte del tuo tempo è dedicata all'implementazione e alla progettazione di processi e politiche non tecniche legate alla gestione delle strutture. Si applicano le conoscenze operative dei servizi strutturali per ottenere risultati che influenzano gli altri. Le tue decisioni si concentrano tipicamente su metodi, tattiche e processi per completare compiti tecnici legati alla gestione delle strutture. Risolvi problemi difficili, anche se di solito non complessi, influenzando altri nel tuo ambito di lavoro spiegando fatti, politiche e pratiche. Lavori in modo indipendente con indicazioni generali, rispettando politiche, procedure e standard di qualità e conformità nei servizi strutturali.
