Lufthansa Technik Milan S.R.L. seeks a proactive Facility and Compliance Manager to ensure efficient facility operations and rigorous compliance with aviation standards.

You will lead a team reporting to the Managing Director and coordinate with airport authorities and suppliers to drive projects to completion. In this role, you will oversee expansions or renovations, ensure training and reporting are up to date, and manage compliance topics including whistleblowing and Law 231, coordinating

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma required.
• University degree desirable.
• Fluent in English and Italian required.

We are seeking a proactive and structured Facility and Compliance Manager to ensure efficient facility operations, project delivery, and compliance with applicable regulations and aviation standards.

• Lead and manage a team with direct reporting to the Managing Director
• Responsible for facility management, including infrastructure, space planning, and coordination with airport authorities, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Oversee expansion and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with applicable aviation regulations, standards,and company requirements. Coordinate activities with Headquarters,supervise local projects,and manage related assets and facility
• Leads special projects, supports development and ensures discipline.Plans tasks,allocates resources,and monitors project timelines
• Manages company compliance topics, including training, reporting, whistleblowing, and participation in Supervisory Board (Law 231).Ensure compliance with applicable requirements and coordinate reporting to HQ

• Education:
  High school diploma required. University degree and/or Master’s degree desirable.
  Fluent in English and Italian required. Other languages are a plus.

• Technical Skills:
  Expert computer proficiency required, including MS Office and AMOS.

• Professional Experience:
  Minimum 3 years of experience in the aeronautical sector required.
