Lufthansa Technik Milan S.R.L. seeks a proactive Facility and Compliance Manager to ensure efficient facility operations and rigorous compliance with aviation standards.

You will lead a team reporting to the Managing Director and coordinate with airport authorities and suppliers to drive projects to completion. In this role, you will oversee expansions or renovations, ensure training and reporting are up to date, and manage compliance topics including whistleblowing and Law 231, coordinating

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma required.
• University degree desirable.
• Fluent in English and Italian required.
• Other languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage a team with direct reporting to the Managing Director.
• Responsible for facility management, including infrastructure, space planning, and coordination with airport authorities, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Oversee expansion and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and HQ coordination.
• Lead special projects, plan tasks, allocate resources, and monitor timelines.
• Manage compliance topics including training, reporting, whistleblowing, and Law 231 reporting.
