Lufthansa Technik Milan invites you to join our OCC Duty Engineer role in the Maintenance Team. You will coordinate capacity, ground time and related costs with production units and customers to keep maintenance on schedule.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering or economics degree, speaks fluent English, and thrives under pressure in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment with strong communication skills.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering or Economics is advantageous.
• Fluent English language knowledge.

Mansioni

• Evaluate customer requests and coordinate capacity and ground time of all required actions and related costs with production units and customers.
• Handling and control of supplier invoices and customer events.
• Technical and/or process information necessary for production planning and control.
• Preparation, monitoring and follow-up of customer maintenance events.
• Assurance of Part-145 relevant archiving processes for work documents after performing maintenance.
• Collecting data on man-hours, materials and tooling to support the invoicing process.
• Recording maintenance-related expenditures and supporting financial reconciliation.
• Ensuring accurate task handovers between shifts and cooperation with the Maintenance Shift Leader.
