Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the operation and maintenance of our facilities in Italy. You will manage maintenance, safety, energy procurement, and general services to ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

With 5–7 years in facilities management, you will coordinate multiple maintenance activities, supervise a diverse team, and ensure compliance with ISO14001/OHSAS18001 standards.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing technical and technological systems.
• Experience in energy procurement and management.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating maintenance activities and managing general services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in managing corporate telephony systems.
• Knowledge of ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certifications and safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
