Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a talented Manager in Training for our Food & Beverage division. You will rotate across multiple outlets, gaining hands-on experience and developing leadership skills to prepare for future management opportunities.

The program spans 18 months with mentorship, exposure to operations, and a path toward leadership within the organization. Fluency in English and Italian is preferred, and a passion for hospitality is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or F&B operations.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Immerse yourself in day-to-day operations across multiple outlets.
• Learn and embody Four Seasons service standards to create exceptional guest experiences.
• Work with leaders to understand operational, financial, and people aspects of the business.
• Support coordination of service for smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.
• Develop leadership skills through supervision, coaching, training, and engagement initiatives.
• Build partnerships with Culinary, Rooms and other departments to deliver seamless experiences.
• Propose ideas to improve efficiency, service quality, and performance.
• Gradually take on increasing responsibility for future management roles within F&B.
