Job summary

Max Brown Missori in Milan is seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Agent to join our front-of-house team. You will welcome guests, present menus, and provide detailed information on our concept, ingredients, and potential allergies.

This role involves serving food and drinks, upselling where appropriate, and collaborating with kitchen and bar staff. You should be comfortable with shifts from early morning to night, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar hospitality role.
• Customer-oriented attitude with patience.
• Excellent presentation and punctuality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Provide Italian documents (ID, codice fiscale) upon joining.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide menu details.
• Present menu, explain concepts and allergens.
• Recommend items and upsell when appropriate.
• Serve food and beverages with accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, hospitable dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen for orders and timing.
