Safilo is looking for a brilliant and motivated new resource to join the F&A Controlling area at Padova HQ. This 6-month internship offers exposure to key dynamics of the eyewear industry and the chance to support, develop and practice Business Analysis and Controlling for several markets.

Requirements include a Master’s in Finance, Economics or Business Administration, strong English, excellent Excel skills, and a proactive, precise team player mindset.

• Support the main activities of the Group Business Controlling unit with a young team.
• Update and maintain daily analysis to flag deviations vs Budget/Previous Year.
• Perform Profitability Analysis by Market/Customer/Brand/Product to identify improvements.
• Support monthly Forecast and Budget review process.
• Develop knowledge of processes led by Group Controlling.
• Assist Finance & Controlling Manager with ad-hoc analyses.

Safilo is looking for abrilliantand motivated new resourceto be included in F&A Controlling Area, based in Padova HQ. The resource will be inserted for a 6 months internship and exposed to the key dynamics of the eyewear industry, with the unmatched opportunity to support, develop and practice Business Analysis and Controlling for several markets and channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the main activities of the Group Business Controlling unit, working together a young and talented team;
• Update and maintain daily analysis to capture and flag key deviations vs Budget/Previous Year, having the possibility to monitor our Group performance among several dimensions like: Brands, Markets and Channels;
• Perform Profitability Analysis by Market/Customer/Brand/Product to identify areas of improvement;
• Support the monthly process of Forecast and Budget review;
• Develop in-depth knowledge of a multinational organization and key processes led by the Group Controlling;
• Support the Finance & Controlling Manager and executives with ad-hoc analysis.
