Safilo Group S.p.A. in Padova is seeking a brilliant and motivated new resource for a 6-month internship in F&A Controlling based at the Padova HQ.

You will be exposed to business analysis and controlling across markets and channels to support and develop core controlling activities. Key responsibilities include daily analyses, profitability analysis by market/customer/brand/product, and supporting monthly forecasts and budgets.

Competenze

• Master degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration, management engineering.
• Solid knowledge of English.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Analytical mindset and ready to deal with big dataset analysis.
• Precise and detail oriented.
• Strong team player able to deliver objectives and work under tight deadlines.
• Open to learn, problem solver, proactive with a can-do attitude.

• Support the main activities of the Group Business Controlling unit, working together a young and talented team.
• Update and maintain daily analyses to flag key deviations vs Budget/Previous Year across Brands, Markets and Channels.
• Perform Profitability Analysis by Market/Customer/Brand/Product to identify areas of improvement.

Safilo is looking for abrilliantand motivated new resourceto be included in F&A Controlling Area, based in Padova HQ. The resource will be inserted for a 6 months internship and exposed to the key dynamics of the eyewear industry, with the unmatched opportunity to support, develop and practice Business Analysis and Controlling for several markets and channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the main activities of the Group Business Controlling unit, working together a young and talented team;
• Update and maintain daily analysis to capture and flag key deviations vs Budget/Previous Year, having the possibility to monitor our Group performance among several dimensions like: Brands, Markets and Channels;
• Perform Profitability Analysis by Market/Customer/Brand/Product to identify areas of improvement;
• Support the monthly process of Forecast and Budget review;
• Develop in-depth knowledge of a multinational organization and key processes led by the Group Controlling;
• Support the Finance & Controlling Manager and executives with ad-hoc analysis.
