Clivet Spa, leader europeo nel design e nella produzione di sistemi a pompa di calore per HVAC, cerca uno/una Export Shipping Management Specialist per rafforzare l’Export Business Unit.

Il candidato gestirà spedizioni internazionali, ottimizzando loading plan e documentazione, collaborando con l’ufficio amministrazione e offrendo supporto back‑office. Si richiede diploma o laurea, inglese eccellente e conoscenza di una seconda lingua (FR/DE). Contesto ibrido/onsite a Feltre.

Qualifications

• Diploma o laurea conseguiti in ambito linguistico o tecnico-commerciale.
• Inglese eccellente sia scritto che parlato.
• Conoscenza discreta di una seconda lingua, preferibilmente francese e/o tedesco.
• Ottima capacità di utilizzare pacchetti Office e strumenti informatici.

Responsibilities

• Gestire in collaborazione con l’ufficio amministrazione il controllo crediti e l’esposizione verso i clienti.
• Preparare e ottimizzare piani di carico.
• Gestire interamente la documentazione richiesta per le spedizioni internazionali.
• Partecipare a programmi di miglioramento continuo e condividere conoscenze riguardo ordini e flussi di spedizione all’interno del Gruppo Clivet.
• Supporto back‑office al team Export.

Clivet Spa, a European leader in the design, production, and distribution of heat pump systems for air conditioning, heating, air renewal, and purification, and part of the Midea Group, is looking for an Export Shipping Management Specialist to join the Export Business Unit team.

The selected candidate will play a key role in the international shipping process, ensuring efficiency and proper logistics management for foreign market clients.

Main Responsibilities

Working within the Export Business Unit's operational team, the candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

• Active collaboration with the administrative department for credit control and managing customer exposure.
• Preparation and optimization of loading plans.
• Full management of the documentation required for international shipments.
• Participation in continuous improvement programs and knowledge-sharing activities related to order and shipment flows within the Clivet Group.
• Back-office support activities for the team.

Requirements for Selection:

• High school diploma or University Degree, preferably with a background in languages or technical-commercial studies.
• Language Skills:
  • English: Excellent command (written and spoken).
  • Second Language: Fair knowledge of an additional foreign language, preferably French and/or German.
• Proficiency in common software applications (e.g., Office package).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Additional Requirements (Preferred)

• Previous Experience: Prior experience, even minimal, in the role or similar positions (e.g., International Logistics, Shipping Department).
