Apple Milan is seeking an Expert to deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding needs, presenting products, and educating customers on purchase options. You will share knowledge with peers and contribute to an inclusive store environment.

You will stay up to date on Apple products and services, mentor others, and maintain accurate guidance while supporting in-store operations and customer service across the Apple Retail environment.

Minimum Qualifications

You should:

• Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.


• Have experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.


• Be proficient in the local language, both written and spoken (sign language supported).

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Your base pay will depend on contractual hours, skills, qualifications, experience, location, and any relevant collective bargaining agreement provisions.

Apple employees are eligible to participate in the Apple Inc. discretionary stock programs. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.

The base pay for this role is between ₠34,000 and ₠45,200 and reflects a full-time equivalent.

Apple employees are eligible to participate in the Apple Inc. discretionary stock programs. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
