Apple Retail is seeking a Specialist to deliver outstanding customer service in Rimini, Italy. You will engage customers, understand needs, and tailor recommendations to enrich their lives with Apple products and services.

You will stay up to date on Apple offerings, assist peers, and help create an ownership mindset while maintaining accuracy and following store guidance. This role supports inclusion and Apple values in daily work.

As a Specialist, you build brand loyalty and create owners of Apple products and services. You’re dedicated to selling and delivering a customer service experience that is unlike any other. Description

Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by seeking to understand their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products.

Understand and proactively stay up to date on Apple’s products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes.

Support your peers throughout the store as needed by sharing knowledge about Apple’s products, services, and purchase options, and assist in offering ownership opportunities.

Maintain accuracy and follow guidance.

Perform other tasks as needed, including but not limited to providing customer service and support in other areas of the store.

Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other’s differences and having the curiosity to learn.

Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• You should have availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
• You should also be proficient in the local language, both written and spoken (sign language supported).

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Your base pay will depend on contractual hours, skills, qualifications, experience, location, and any relevant collective bargaining agreement provisions.

Apple employees are eligible to participate in the Apple Inc. discretionary stock programs. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
